1 pair 4mm (UK 8 - USA 8) knitting needles
4mm (UK 8 - USA 6) circular knitting needle

Tension:

22sts and 28 rows to 10cm, 4in, over stocking stitch on 4mm needles or the size required to give the correct tension.
